Service contracts are designed to meet supplier servicing requirements, maintain the performance of equipment and are tailored to the needs of each Customer. Our aim is to provide a consistent and exceptional service that exceeds the expectations of our customers and maximises uptime of equipment.
We PAT Test each electrical device and provide certification with detailed report and recommendations following each service.
We offer a 24hr response time to our customers and can offer a short-term replacement should it be required.
CREGG Medical provides Product Rental as part of its service suite to our customers. Our rental range includes:
CREGG Medical arrange for the delivery and subsequent collection of their Product Rentals. All equipment is decontaminated and serviced after each use.
